PulseChain is a proof-of-stake blockchain that forked Ethereum's state and runs as an independent network on Chain ID 369. It keeps the familiarity of EVM tooling: wallets, contracts and addresses all work the same way, but with its own economics.

The defining mechanic is deflation: every transaction fee paid in PLS, the native gas token, is permanently burned rather than paid out. More usage means more PLS removed from supply, making activity on the network inherently deflationary.
