Use this page to request deletion of your myPulseChain account and associated application data. You do not need to hold crypto or submit an onchain transaction to make a deletion request.
Submit a request
Enter the email connected to your myPulseChain account. Add a wallet address if you want wallet linked application records included in the review.
Identity verification
We may need to verify that the account or wallet linked records belong to you. We will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
Application data deletion
After verification, account data and myPulseChain application records associated with the request are deleted unless a limited record must be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
What is deleted
Subject to successful identity verification, the request covers your myPulseChain account and application records associated with the identifiers you provide, including stored profile information, preferences and other deletable app data.
Limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling or legal obligations.
What cannot be deleted
Transactions and other records already written to PulseChain, Ethereum or another public blockchain are maintained by those decentralized networks. myPulseChain cannot erase or modify public blockchain history.
If wallet ownership must be verified, use a message signature that does not move funds. Never send us a private key or recovery phrase.
