Privacy centre

Privacy, without the mystery.

This Privacy Policy explains how myPulseChain handles information when you use mypulsechain.com, connect a wallet, create or use an account, activate Passport access, save preferences, use ecosystem tools or interact with connected services.

Effective 16 August 2026Non custodial by designmypulsechain.com

Wallet first

You can use blockchain features with an EVM wallet. Wallet addresses and public onchain activity are public by nature.

Minimum data

We aim to collect only information needed to operate, secure and improve myPulseChain and the features you choose to use.

No custody

myPulseChain does not need your private keys or seed phrase. Wallet approvals and transactions are signed in your wallet.

Transparent choices

Optional features such as notifications, saved preferences and account features may require additional information or local device storage.

1. Who this policy applies to

This policy applies to visitors and users of myPulseChain at mypulsechain.com and to features made available through the myPulseChain application. In this policy, “myPulseChain”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the myPulseChain service.

2. Information we may process

Wallet and blockchain information. When you connect a wallet, we may process the public wallet address, chain identifiers, public transaction hashes, balances, token holdings, contract interactions and other publicly available blockchain information needed to provide portfolio, Passport, analytics, trade, gifting, referral and related features.

Account information. If you create or use an account, authentication providers and our application platform may process information such as your email address, account identifier and authentication status.

Passport and application records. We may store wallet linked entitlement records, activation status, transaction hashes used for payment verification, referral information, reputation snapshots, achievements, preferences and other records needed to provide the features you request.

Device and usage information. Hosting, security and application infrastructure may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, timestamps, error logs and similar diagnostic information.

Information you choose to provide. This may include saved wallet labels, notification preferences, imported tax or portfolio information, support messages and other information submitted through optional features.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide requested features, authenticate users, connect wallets, display public blockchain information, verify Passport access and gifts, maintain preferences, prevent abuse, secure the service, diagnose problems, respond to requests, improve product performance and comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key. Never provide a seed phrase or private key to myPulseChain, a support request or any third party claiming to act for myPulseChain.

4. Public blockchain data

Public blockchains are separate from myPulseChain. Transactions sent to PulseChain or another public network may be permanently visible and cannot normally be deleted or altered by us. A wallet address can also become associated with other information through public blockchain activity or third party services.

5. Legal bases and choices

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, processing may be necessary to provide a service you request, for legitimate interests such as security and product operation, to comply with legal obligations, or based on consent where consent is the appropriate basis. Optional permissions and notifications can be disabled through your browser, device or application settings where available.

6. Service providers and connected services

myPulseChain relies on service providers and connected blockchain services to operate. Depending on the feature you use, information may be processed by application hosting and authentication providers, RPC and blockchain indexing providers, wallet providers, market data services, bridges, trading routers, payment or onramp providers and other services you deliberately interact with.

When you leave myPulseChain or interact directly with a third party, that third party’s terms and privacy practices apply to its service. We encourage you to review them before submitting information or signing a transaction.

7. Cookies, local storage and similar technologies

The application may use browser storage and similar technologies for essential session state, wallet preferences, interface settings, cached application data, notification preferences and security or performance purposes. Third party services embedded or linked from the application may use their own technologies under their own policies.

8. Data retention

We retain application data for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide ongoing features, maintain security and integrity, resolve disputes or satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods can vary by data type. Public blockchain data is controlled by the relevant blockchain network rather than myPulseChain.

9. Security

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect application data. No internet service or blockchain interface can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your wallet credentials, device, recovery phrase and signing decisions.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent and complaints to a data protection authority. Some requests may not apply to information that is public and immutable on a blockchain, or where we must retain information for legal or security reasons.

We may need to verify that a request relates to you before acting on it. For wallet linked records, verification may include proving control of the relevant wallet without asking for your private key or recovery phrase.

You can request deletion of your myPulseChain account and associated deletable application data at mypulsechain.com/delete-account.

11. International processing

Internet and blockchain services can operate across borders. Service providers may process information in countries different from your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal data.

12. Children

myPulseChain is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children who are below the minimum age required to use the service under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as myPulseChain evolves or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted at this URL with its effective date. Material changes may also be highlighted in the application where appropriate.

14. Contact

Privacy questions and rights requests can be submitted through myPulseChain’s official support or contact channel. We will add a dedicated privacy contact address to this policy when that mailbox is configured and verified.

Important blockchain reminder

Blockchain transactions are public. Never enter a seed phrase, private key or wallet recovery phrase into myPulseChain. Review every wallet prompt before signing.
