Passport standard

How PulseChain Passport works.

Passport combines a one time lifetime access entitlement with an independently earned reputation profile. Paying unlocks advanced tools. Onchain activity earns score, ranks and achievements.

Get Passport

Activate your wallet-bound Passport once for lifetime access.

Lifetime access

A verified entitlement remains attached to the recipient wallet, including gifted Passports.

Reputation is earned

Payment does not increase score or rank. Those come from verified chain activity.

Technical standards and rules

What the Passport actually relies on.

These are the concrete interoperability and verification rules used by the current Passport implementation. We deliberately avoid claiming unsupported identity standards or NFT ownership models.

EVM wallet identity

Passport identity uses the standard 20 byte EVM wallet address model used by PulseChain. The recipient wallet becomes the entitlement owner, whether it is self purchased or gifted.

PulseChain mainnet

All Passport payments are made on PulseChain mainnet, chain ID 369, using its EVM compatible transaction model and native PLS gas asset.

Native PLS value transfer

Checkout sends a normal native PLS value transaction from the connected wallet to the configured Passport treasury. The user signs it in their own wallet.

Onchain Passport access

Passport access is enforced by the live contract with no USD conversion or price oracle in the user experience.

Explorer verification

After confirmation, the backend independently verifies transaction status, sender, recipient and value through PulseChain indexed chain data before granting access.

Replay protection

A payment transaction hash can only be consumed once. Existing lifetime entitlements are checked before another entitlement is created.

Wallet bound entitlement

Lifetime access is stored against the wallet address rather than a browser session. Clearing browser storage does not create or remove the verified entitlement.

Separated reputation

Membership unlocks tools. Reputation remains earned. Score, rank and achievements are calculated separately from verified PulseChain activity.

Reputation engine

Six dimensions, one score.

The profile currently considers activity, longevity, network contribution through indexed fee burn, HEX history, DeFi breadth and collector activity. Wealth alone is intentionally not treated as reputation.

1
Citizen
The starting reputation identity.
2
Pioneer
Established activity and broader PulseChain participation.
3
Veteran
Longer history and deeper verified ecosystem use.
4
Elite
High contribution across several reputation dimensions.
5
Sovereign
The highest Passport reputation tier.
Evidence

Every claim needs a source.

PulseChain Blockscout
Transactions, wallet history, indexed fee burn and NFT activity.
PulseChain HEX subgraph
HEX stake starts, ends and duration related activity.
Passport activation rules
Passport activation and payment verification are enforced by the live onchain contract.
Passport entitlement registry
Verified payment record, activation time, wallet address and lifetime status.
Access model

What lifetime access unlocks.

Important limitations

Passport is an application entitlement and reputation system, not a government identity, KYC credential, transferable financial asset or guarantee of wallet safety. Indexed chain sources can be incomplete or temporarily unavailable. Unsupported data is excluded rather than guessed.
